Ace Residency

Ace Residency is located over at E-31 Jawahar Park. You will find us on the Khanpur Devli Road in Delhi. It is a residential kind of area, so it stays pretty normal around here. We have rooms for people who are passing through or need a place to stay for a few days. The building is not new, but we try to keep it tidy. We handle the check-ins at the small desk near the front. There is always someone around to hand over a key or help with a bag. Sometimes the traffic on Devli Road gets really loud, but that is just how Delhi is. We don't have a fancy gym or a big swimming pool. It is just a place to sleep and maybe have a cup of tea in the morning. The staff lives nearby, so we know the area well. We spend a lot of time washing linens and making sure the light bulbs are working. People stay with us because it is easy and we are right on the main road. We don't have any big corporate rules. If a guest needs something, they usually just shout for us or come down to the lobby. It is a straightforward business. We provide the room, and the guests have a place to stay. That is how it has been since we opened up here in Jawahar Park. The rooms are basic but they do the job for a night or two. We just try to keep things quiet for the guests.
