Accor Ibis Hotel Gurgaon

This is where we run the office for Accor Ibis Hotel Gurgaon, though we are actually located at 221, Janta Dda Flats in Badarpur. It’s right near the Badarpur Ntpc, which is a huge landmark around here that everyone knows. These are Dda flats, so it’s a very local, residential feel all around us. It’s not the actual hotel building where people stay, but it’s where a lot of our back-end work and planning gets handled. We spend our time here organizing things and making sure the administrative side of the hotel business is taken care of properly. Being in Badarpur means we are right on the edge of New Delhi. It’s a busy area with a lot of dust, traffic, and constant movement. We have a small office set up in the flat. It’s purely functional. We don’t have room for much else besides our desks, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for visitors. People often get confused by the name having Gurgaon in it while the address is in a different spot, but this is just how we have it set up for our office work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or dealing with various staff matters. It’s not glamorous work, just the day-to-day tasks that keep a big business going. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals are used to seeing us. It’s a tight-knit community in these flats. We just do our part and keep the wheels turning.
