Accor Hospitality

Accor Hospitality is tucked away near the N.D. Market in Pitampura. Specifically, we are at PD-89/C. Being near a market like that means there is always something going on. We handle a lot of the backend stuff for hotels and guest services. It is a busy office. Pitampura is a crowded part of Delhi, so getting to work in the morning is always an adventure with the traffic. Our office isn't very large. It is basically a few rooms where we manage bookings and coordinate with different properties. We don't have a big lobby or a concierge desk here because this is where the administrative work happens. Most of us have worked in hotels before, so we know how stressful it can get. We try to keep things calm in the office. You will usually find stacks of folders and people talking on headsets. It is a very practical environment. We don't go in for much decoration. The focus is always on making sure the guests at the actual hotels have what they need, even if they never see us here in Pitampura. The 110034 area is quite convenient for some of us who live nearby. We have been here for a good while. It is just a regular group of people doing the hard work behind the scenes of the travel industry. No fancy slogans, just the daily grind of making sure rooms are ready and schedules are met.
