You can find us at 12/27 in the President’s Estate area. It’s a bit of a prestigious-sounding address, being in New Delhi 110004, but our office for Acc Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is actually quite modest. We are set up C/O Mohd. Asad. It’s a busy place with lots of paperwork moving back and forth. Logistics is mostly about making sure things get from one place to another without getting lost, which is harder than it sounds some days. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and warehouses. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, even when things get a bit hectic with a late delivery. We don’t go for anything fancy in the office—just some sturdy desks and good light. Working in the President’s Estate area means things are usually kept quite neat outside. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s quiet in some parts and very busy in others. We just do our bit to keep the trucks moving. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know the business well. We share a laugh when we can and try to keep the stress down. It’s a practical way to run things. Most people who work here have been doing this for years, so we know the ropes and the local roads like the back of our hands.
