Our office is situated at B-118 in Brij Vihar, which is in the Sahibabad area of Ghaziabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. Ms. Geeta Manral is usually the one keeping things on track here. We focus on travel and tours, but we don't have a big showroom or fancy posters everywhere. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of maps and brochures scattered around. The building is a bit older, and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it feels comfortable. People come in to ask about bus tickets or train schedules, and we spend a lot of time on the phone trying to confirm bookings. Ghaziabad can be a tough place with the traffic and the heat, but Brij Vihar is a decent spot to work from. We aren't a giant travel agency with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to help people get where they need to go. We drink a lot of tea and complain about the commute just like everyone else. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for pages to load, which can be frustrating when someone is waiting. But we just take it as it comes. It’s a simple, honest business run by regular people who know a thing or two about traveling around India.
