Working out of K-76 in Mahipalpur Extension has its ups and downs. Being on Vasant Kunj Road means we see a lot of people passing by on their way to the airport or the malls. We started this travel business because we know the area well. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking to people about where they want to go. The office isn't very large, but we’ve made it comfortable enough with some chairs and a few maps on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking computer screens for routes. New Delhi is a fast place, so we try to keep up without making things too complicated. We handle bus bookings, car rentals, and whatever else people ask for when they drop by. Sometimes the tea guy comes around and we take a break. It's not a flashy place with neon signs. We just have our name on the door and we do our jobs. Some days are really busy with families planning trips, and other days we’re just catching up on filing. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It’s a decent spot. We don't use fancy brochures or big talk. We just tell you what’s available and help you get where you're going without a fuss. It’s pretty simple really, just a local shop helping people travel.
