We mostly deal with booking tickets and planning trips for people who walk in or call us. It’s a lot of looking at schedules and trying to find the best routes. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and the printer going off. It gets pretty hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We have posters on the walls of different places, but they are mostly old ones. We don't try to act like we are some huge international travel agency. We are just a local shop in Karol Bagh. The Laj Building is easy enough to find once you are on New Rohtak Road. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the tea sellers and other shop owners on the block. It’s a busy life, and sometimes it gets stressful when flights are delayed or things don't go as planned, but we just try to fix it. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just help people get where they need to go. That’s what we do here every single day.
