We’re set up in Sant Nagar at House Number 4230 on Street Number 110/1, specifically in B-Block. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you get into the lanes of Sant Nagar, it starts to make sense. Our office is a local spot where we handle all the travel and tour arrangements. We don’t have a big storefront with neon lights or anything. It’s just a regular building where we have our computers and files. The streets outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle, but that’s just Delhi for you. We spend our mornings looking at routes and checking on bookings for people. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure the details are right. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we’re just a small team working out of Delhi-84. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more personal than being in a sterile office park. We have our regulars who drop by to chat or ask questions about their trips. We try to keep things simple and clear without using any of those confusing industry terms. It’s just about getting people where they need to go. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the street a bit messy, but we just keep the door shut and carry on with the work. It’s a modest place but it serves us well for what we do every single day of the week in this part of Delhi.
