Abacus-Indian Airline Help Desk

We are located at House No. Hr-232 on Street No 5 in Pehladpur, New Delhi. It is a bit of a residential area, so it is not like those big corporate hubs you see in other parts of the city like Nehru Place. We run the Indian Airline Help Desk from here using the Abacus system. It is mostly a lot of coordination and answering questions about flights and bookings for various passengers. The street can get pretty noisy during the day. There are kids playing and vehicles passing by all the time. Our office is just a simple setup with a few computers and desks where we handle the daily work. Being in Pehladpur means we are close to the local community, and many people around here know us by name. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights outside to show off. We just focus on the computer work and making sure the airline information is correct for whoever needs it. It gets a bit hectic when there are flight changes or delays, and we have to stay on the phone for long hours to sort things out. The house is old but it works for what we need to get done. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the schedules and booking lists. It is a small team here, just a few of us who know how the system works. We have been in this street for quite a while and have settled into a routine that works for us.
