Abacus

We are located at 428, Shanti Marg in Mandawli Fajalpur. It’s a part of Delhi that’s always moving, and we’ve been part of this street for a long time. Abacus is the name on the door, and inside it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We handle data and systems for the travel sector, but we do it in a very low-key way. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We don't see the need for modern art on the walls or designer chairs. We just need reliable internet and decent tea to get through the day. The area around Shanti Marg is full of small shops and local vendors, so we usually head out there for lunch. It’s a very human atmosphere here. We talk about our families and the news while we work. There’s no corporate hierarchy that feels heavy. If something needs fixing, whoever is closest just does it. We don’t have a marketing department to write about how great we are. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for years and people know our work. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just life in Delhi. We just keep our heads down and make sure the data is accurate. It's what keeps the lights on and the work moving forward every day.
