We are located at E-61, over in Jagjit Nagar on Street No 5. If you know the 3rd Pusta area, we are right in the middle of that. The shop has been here for a while now. It’s a narrow street, so it gets a bit crowded during the day with bikes and people walking past. We mostly just spend our time behind the counter. It isn't a massive showroom or anything like that, just a functional space where we get things done. Some mornings are quiet, giving us time to sweep up and get the paperwork sorted. Then the afternoon hits and it gets noisy outside. We know a lot of the neighbors by name now since they pass by every single day. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks, but it works for us. We don't have a big team, just a few people making sure the doors stay open. Dealing with phones and connections keeps us busy enough. Sometimes we have to step out for a minute to get tea from the stall down the lane. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just open up, help the people who come in, and close up when it gets dark. It’s just life in the 3rd Pusta neighborhood, really. Hopefully, the street gets repaved soon because it's getting bumpy.
