Aabee

The office for Aabee is at 3/135 Sundr Vihar in New Delhi. It is a straightforward location in a part of the city that feels a bit more relaxed than the center. We have a small space here that serves us well. It is not a huge corporate building with hundreds of employees. Instead, it is just a handful of us working together. The room we sit in has a few windows that let in some light, though we usually keep the blinds down when the sun is too strong. We have our computers set up and there is always a stack of papers that needs sorting. Sundr Vihar is a nice neighborhood. There are trees along the road and it feels a bit more green than other parts of Delhi. We often take a short walk during lunch just to get some fresh air. The office itself is quite plain. We have a small table for meetings and a shelf where we keep all our reference books and folders. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and how they take their tea. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone telling us how to speak. We just do the work as it comes in. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of staples, and those are the biggest dramas of the day. It’s a quiet, honest place to earn a living. We have been here for a while and the landlord is a decent man.
