Aa Recreation

We’ve been running Aa Recreation over here in New Friends Colony for some time now. It is a bit of a local spot where people just come through when they have a bit of free time. The neighborhood is usually okay, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes like everywhere else around here. Inside, it’s nothing too fancy. We just have our setup and we try to keep things moving. There is always something to fix or a floor to sweep, so we stay pretty busy with the small stuff. Most of us who work here live nearby, so it’s just a short walk or a quick ride to get in. We don’t really do the whole big business talk thing. We just open up the doors and see who comes in. Sometimes it is quiet and we just sit and talk, and other times it gets a bit crowded. New Friends Colony has changed a lot since we started, with new shops coming and going, but we are still right here. We know the guy at the tea stall and the people at the corner shop. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us. We don’t have any big grand plans or anything like that. We just want to keep the place going for as long as we can. It’s just Aa Recreation, nothing more and nothing less than that. We just want to make sure people have a place to go.
