We operate out of a space in Madhu Vihar, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area in New Delhi. It's a crowded part of the city but we like it here. There's a lot of life on the streets outside our door with all the vendors and traffic. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on travel arrangements and airline stuff. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office is functional and does what we need it to do. We don't have those fancy modern interiors you see in the big business parks across the city. It’s just a regular Delhi office with some old files and a few computers that have been around the block a few times. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for help with their trips and others are just checking on things like baggage or flight times. It gets a bit noisy sometimes when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just try to get the work done without making too many mistakes along the way. Delhi can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the fast pace, but we've gotten used to it over the years. Our team is small and we all know each other's habits by now. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of running A . R . Airways (P) Ltd from here. It’s practical, honest work that keeps us on our toes.
