We operate out of Mandavli Fazalpur, specifically at House No. 17 in the Seva Sadan Block. If you're looking for us, we’re care of Puran Chand, right on Gali Number 1. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where the lanes are narrow and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Our office is basically part of a house, so it has a very lived-in, homey feel. We don't have a glass-fronted storefront or anything like that. Most of our day is spent at a big wooden table covered in maps, schedules, and various scraps of paper where we’ve scribbled notes. It can get a bit chaotic when several things are happening at once, but we’ve managed this way for years. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on the phones or talk to drivers. Since we are in a residential block, the neighbors often drop by just to say hello or ask for help with something small. It’s a community vibe here. We take our lunch breaks together, often sitting on the stairs or in the small yard when it’s not too hot outside. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us doing the actual planning and making sure everything is ready for the next day. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business from a local home.
