Our office is right by the Soni Trunk Factory in Rajiv Colony. If you know Khetri Nagar, you know where that is. It’s a busy little area with a lot of dust and noise, but it's home for us. We spend most of our time talking to folks about houses and plots of land around here and in JJN. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time out in the sun looking at sites or sitting here in the office waiting for someone to drop by. The furniture here is old, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. People come in with all sorts of questions about property, and we just tell them what we know. We aren't into those big high-pressure sales tactics you see on TV. We just know the local area really well because we live here too. Sometimes deals go through quickly and sometimes things drag on for months, that’s just how the real estate market is. We keep a ledger of who’s looking for what. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get busy. We usually have a pot of tea going. It’s a simple life. We just try to be honest about what’s available and what’s not. It’s a small shop, but we’ve been here long enough that people know our faces.
