Our little office is tucked inside Paras Appt over in Lakshmi Nagar. If you know the J&K Extension area, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without noticing. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in here with all the desks and papers, but we make it work. New Delhi is always moving fast, and Lakshmi Nagar is even faster, so we stay busy. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. We aren't one of those big corporations with fancy glass buildings. It’s just us and a few computers. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the tea gets cold before we can finish it, but that's just how it goes. People come in looking for help with their travel plans because they want to talk to a real person, not a machine. We sit down, look at the screen, and see what we can find. The building is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but it's a good location for us. Most of our day is spent answering phones or staring at flight schedules. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everything, but we like the neighborhood. There’s always something happening out on the street. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It isn't always easy, and the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we just keep at it until the job is done for the day.
