11 To 11 Resurent , Preet Vihar New Delhi

Our little place is called 11 To 11 Resurent. It is funny because the address papers say Tehri Garhwal but we are also connected to Preet Vihar here in New Delhi. It is a bit confusing for some people when they first see it, but we know where we are. We basically start our day very early to get things ready by eleven in the morning. Then we stay open right until eleven at night. That is where the name comes from, obviously. It is a lot of hours standing on our feet. The kitchen gets really hot and the noise of the pots and pans never really stops. We do not have any fancy decorations or soft music playing. It is just a place where people come when they are hungry and want something straightforward. We keep the tables wiped down and the water jugs full. Some days are very slow, and we just sit around talking about the weather or things back in the village. Other days, it is so busy we can barely catch our breath. We have been doing this for a while now. The address is a bit of a mix-up on some of the documents, mentioning the post office in Tehri Garhwal and the 110092 area code, but we are right here. It is just a simple eating house. No big menus or expensive plates. Just the same things we have been making since we opened the doors. We just want to finish the day and head home like everyone else.
