Rootsativa Cultivation & Consulting Private Limited operates out of House No. 3 in Village Motipur, near Premnagar in Dehradun, Uttarakhand-248007. It is a quiet spot, located at the home of the Tripathi family. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on cultivation and giving advice to people who want to grow things properly. It isn’t a corporate office with cubicles. Instead, we have a lot of dirt under our fingernails and spend plenty of time in the fields around the village. We talk to people about soil, seeds, and the best ways to keep plants healthy. Dehradun has a good climate for this kind of work, so we stay pretty busy throughout the seasons. Our setup is very basic. We have a desk for the paperwork and some shelves for books and samples. People come by when they have a problem with their crops or when they want to start a new project. We just tell them what we know based on our own experience. It’s not about sounding smart; it’s just about what actually works in the ground. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone shows up, they usually just find us out back or in the main room. It is a simple way of living and working, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our focus on the plants and the people who grow them every single day.
