Ganit- A Foundation For Life

We are located over at 9 B on East Canal Road in Dehradun City. If you know where the SK Memorial Hospital is, we are right opposite that building. It is a pretty easy spot to find if you are coming from the main part of town. Ganit- A Foundation For Life started because there was a need for some straightforward math help in this neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a few rooms with tables and chairs where students come after their regular school day ends. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up on the canal road, but we just close the windows and keep working. The walls are a plain color and we have some whiteboards up for solving problems. People usually just drop by or give us a call to see when we are around. It is mostly just us sitting with books and trying to figure out the hard parts of the syllabus. We have been at this address for a while now. The rain in Dehradun can be quite heavy, so the porch sometimes gets a bit muddy, but that is just part of being here. We focus on the numbers and the logic without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It is a very normal place with regular people working every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping kids get through their exams.
