You can find us right on Rajpur Road, specifically in the Dilaram Bazar section. We are directly across from Ganpati Sweets, which is a bit of a dangerous spot because we end up going over there for snacks way too often. Our office is where we handle all the design work for buildings around Dehradun. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the window. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on blueprints and trying to figure out structural issues. We aren't a big corporate firm; it’s more of a local setup where we know the people who walk through the door. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to actually focus on the drawing boards. We do a lot of back-and-forth with clients to make sure the plans are what they actually wanted. It’s a lot of technical work, but we enjoy the process of seeing a sketch turn into a real building. We've been in this Dilaram Bazar spot for a bit, and it’s a good place to be. People know the area well. We just try to get the jobs done without making things more difficult than they need to be. It’s just about getting the lines right and making sure the client is happy with the space they are getting. There is always plenty of work to keep us occupied.
