Our office is located in E Block of Saraswati Vihar, right along the Haridwar Bypass Road. We are directly opposite Viva Childrens Academy, so we see the school buses and parents every morning and afternoon. Being in the Ajabpur area is convenient because it's away from the absolute center of Dehradun but still easy to get to. We focus on architecture here, mostly helping people plan out their homes or whatever they are building. It’s a lot of desk work, drawing lines, and checking regulations. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who like what we do. The office usually has piles of drawings and half-empty tea cups everywhere. We talk to people about what they need and then we try to put that onto paper. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get the layout just right. We don’t have a polished sales team or anything like that. If you come in, you just talk to the person who is actually doing the work. It’s more personal that way. We spend our days making sure the measurements add up and that the walls are going where they should. It’s practical, honest work, and we like the neighborhood we are in. Most of our clients are just local families or people starting a small business nearby who need someone to help with their plans.
