Manuj Agarwal Architects

We are over here on New Cantt Road, right near NCR Plaza in Dehradun. Manuj Agarwal Architects has been around for a bit now. It’s mostly just us working on drawings and site plans every day. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors about how things are going to fit together. The office at Hathibarkala Salwala stays pretty busy, especially when we have several projects going at once. Sometimes the traffic near the plaza makes it a bit slow to get in, but we like being in this part of town. It is a straightforward setup here. We handle the design stuff and make sure the structural bits make sense for whatever someone is trying to build. We aren't doing anything fancy with the office space, just a lot of desks and paper everywhere. If you come by, you’ll probably see us hunched over a screen or marking up a physical map of a site. Dehradun is changing fast, and we see that every day with the kinds of requests people bring to us. It’s a lot of technical work, checking measurements and making sure the math works out before anyone starts digging holes or pouring concrete. We just keep our heads down and get the drafting done. It gets loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once about a specific detail, but that is just how it goes in an architecture office like ours.
