Designious Architects

Designious Architects is situated right at the Rajpur Crossing. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We’ve been based here for some time now and have gotten used to the constant flow of traffic and people. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all our work happens. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of rolls of paper. We spend our days drafting and looking at site plans. It can get a little loud because of the location at Rajpur Crossing, but we don't mind it much. It makes us feel like we’re in the middle of everything. We aren't a large firm, so it’s a pretty close-knit environment. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. There’s always someone coming in or out, whether it's a delivery or just one of us heading to a site. We don't use any fancy titles or have a strict hierarchy here. We just focus on the drawings and getting the details right. It’s a practical way to work. If you're ever passing through the crossing, you'll see our building right there. We’ve become a bit of a fixture in this part of town. Most of our life revolves around this office and the projects we have going on at any given time. It’s just a regular architecture office doing regular work for people who need it.
