Ramjilal Agro Private Limited

We’re located in Ward No. 14, in the Mitarawadi area of Baswa tehsil. Our office is basically at Ramji Lal’s place in Bandikui. Ramjilal Agro Private Limited is a small operation, and we like to keep it that way. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any stretch of the imagination. It’s just a room where we handle the business side of farming. Bandikui is a place where everyone has a connection to the land, so we fit right in. We spend a lot of our time out of the office anyway, visiting fields or talking to people at the local market. When we are at the desk, it’s usually to deal with the endless forms and records that come with running an agro company. The walls are a bit bare and we don't have any fancy furniture. We mostly use old wooden chairs and a table that’s been around for years. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the harvest is coming in and everyone is in a hurry. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the area and the people. Sometimes we get visitors who just want to sit and talk for a while, and that’s fine with us. We aren't in a rush to become a giant company. We just want to do our part in Baswa and make sure things are running okay for our local group. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy enough.
