We started Unnatisheel Farmer Producer Companylimited because the farmers around Village Pehal needed a better way to get things done. Deenadayal, Bhudar Ram’s son, has lived in Ward No. 9 for a long time and handles much of the work from here in Tehsil Mundawar. It is not a fancy setup. We spend most of our time out in the fields or meeting at the office in Pehal to talk about the season's crops. Dealing with the day-to-day work of a producer company takes a lot of effort, but having a local group makes it easier to manage. Our neighbors stop by when they need to discuss supplies or sales. Things get busy during harvest time, and sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we manage. It is just us trying to work together as a community. Being based right here in the village means we actually know what the soil is like and what the weather is doing. We do not have a big corporate office or a marketing team. Most days, it is just plain talk about farming and getting the produce moved. We are just a group of people from around Mundawar trying to keep the farming business going. It is simple work, really. We have been at it for a while now and the office stays open for whoever needs to drop in. There is always someone around to help.
