Twilight Tour And Travels is based in the Gitanjali Complex on Mukunda Das Road. This is in the Milan Pally area of Siliguri. It’s a bit away from the very center of town, which is nice sometimes. The 734005 area is where we live and work. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It's just us in this office. We spend our days arranging trips and looking after the details that people usually forget. It’s a lot of mundane stuff like checking dates and confirming transport. We don't have a marketing team or anything polished. We just write things down and make sure they happen. The office is simple. We have a few pictures on the wall and a computer that’s a bit slow. People from around Milan Pally come to us when they want to go somewhere. We don't use fancy slogans. We just talk like regular people. Sometimes we have tea with the customers while we figure out their plans. It's more personal that way. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years. More buildings are coming up now. But we stay here in the Gitanjali Complex doing what we do. It’s honest work. We don't try to be something we aren't. If someone needs a hand with their travel, we do what we can. It’s a quiet, steady life here and we appreciate the people who stop by.
