India Voyagers has its office on the NJP Station Main Road in Bhaktinagar. Our exact spot is H/8225/1/A/1/N, and we fall under Ward No.35. Being so close to the NJP station means we see a lot of tired faces coming off the trains. It is a very busy part of Siliguri, with rickshaws and buses constantly moving past. We started this because we saw how many people needed help figuring out where to go once they stepped off the train. The office is often full of bags and papers because things move fast around here. We don't have a lot of time for formalities. Usually, we are busy checking the train timings or calling up drivers to see who is available. It is a bit of a rough-and-ready setup, but it works for us. We know the station area very well and we can usually tell you which stall has the best tea while you wait. We are just local people who know how the transport system works in this part of West Bengal. We don't pretend to be a high-end agency. We are just here on the main road, dealing with the daily grind of travel and transport. Some days the heat is a bit much and the office feels small, but we keep going. It is just the way life is near the station.
