Paradise Unexplored

If you go to the first floor of Orbit Mall, that is where Paradise Unexplored is set up. The mall is located at the 3rd Mile on Sevoke Road in Siliguri. It’s a different kind of place for a travel office since it’s inside a shopping mall. We have the air conditioning from the mall, which is nice when it gets really hot outside in the summer. Sevoke Road is always packed with cars and trucks, as it’s a major road out of the city. Being at the 3rd Mile means we are a bit further out from the very center of town, but the mall makes it easy for people to visit us. Our office is just a regular shop space that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have some desks and a couple of computers. We spend most of the day talking to people who come into the mall or calling up our drivers to set things up. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everyone is where they should be. The mall can be quiet in the mornings but gets much busier in the evenings and on weekends. We just stick to our routine of planning trips and handling the paperwork. It’s a clean and modern building, which is a bit different from some other offices in Siliguri. We’ve been here for some time now and it’s a good spot for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the travel plans are sorted and the bookings are all confirmed.
