Loknath Nagar in Bagdogra is where you’ll find us. We've been here for a while now, and being so close to the airport side of things means the sounds of planes overhead are just part of the daily background in Dakshin Bagdogra. It is a busy little pocket of Siliguri, especially when people are rushing to catch their flights or just arriving and looking for a way to get up to the hills. We have been operating Choudhury Tours & Travels from this spot for some time. Most days it is just about answering the phone and figuring out which car needs to be where. It gets a bit dusty on the roads around here, but that is just how it is. We do not have a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It is a simple setup where we sit and talk to the locals and travelers who wander in. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit outside on the chairs and wait. People know us in the neighborhood because we have been around the Loknath Nagar area long enough that the tea stall guys recognize us. We handle a lot of the usual stuff, mostly just getting people where they need to go without too much fuss. There is always someone coming by asking about the road conditions up to Darjeeling or how the traffic is looking. We just try to keep things moving. (246 words)
