You’ll find us on M R Road in Khalpara, right next to the Satya Hotel. This part of Siliguri Bazar is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We have been operating from this spot for quite a while, helping people get where they need to go. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always noise and people passing by our windows. We handle a lot of different travel needs, mostly focusing on car rentals and local transport. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have a lot of fancy technology. We mostly rely on our phones and the contacts we’ve built up over the years. If you need a vehicle to take goods or people somewhere, we can usually sort it out. Our office is small and functional. We don't have plush chairs or air conditioning that works all the time. It is just a place where work gets done. Most of our clients are people who work in the market or live nearby. They know us by name, and we know them too. We don't make big speeches about our work. We just show up every day, answer the phone, and make sure the drivers are where they should be.
