Eastern Himalaya Tours & Travels

We operate Eastern Himalaya Tours & Travels from our office in Pradhan Nagar. We are right on Hillcart Road, directly opposite the Heritage Hotel. It’s a pretty convenient spot since many people stay in this part of Siliguri. We’ve been around for a while, mostly dealing with people who want to see the higher altitudes. The office is just a place where we keep our records and meet people to discuss their plans. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we do. Pradhan Nagar is a bit more relaxed than the very center of town, though Hillcart Road is always busy. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking on road conditions and making sure our drivers are ready. It’s a lot of logistics, really. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who live and work here. We know these roads like the back of our hands because we’ve lived here all our lives. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, like when the weather turns, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’re just regular people trying to help other people enjoy their time in the mountains. If you see the Heritage Hotel, just look across the street and you’ll find us. We're usually there from morning until late evening, just getting through the day's work and planning for the next group of travelers who arrive in town looking for an adventure or a quiet trip.
