Bhakta Travels

Bhakta Travels operates out of the Housing No. M-2 Building on Hillcart Road. We are situated in Pradhan Nagar, which is a busy hub in Siliguri. Our office is quite close to the West Bengal Tourism Office, which makes it a familiar area for travelers. The building is a standard housing complex structure, and our space is just a few rooms where we keep our records and take calls. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are stacks of files and some old maps pinned to the walls. We’ve got a few chairs for visitors, but they aren't the most comfortable ones you'll ever sit in. We don't really care about being fancy. We just focus on getting the details right for the people who come to see us. The traffic on Hillcart Road is a constant sound in our lives. We know the local bus schedules and which trains are likely to be delayed. It’s just a small group of us working here every day. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We just answer the phone and help people with their plans. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for tea, but we just get on with it. It’s an ordinary office for ordinary people. We like it here because it’s right in the middle of everything that happens in Siliguri.
