You can find us on Panighata Road, not too far from the Jagrati Club in Bagdogra. We have been operating from this little spot for a good while. Most of what we do involves phones, recharges, and helping people fix their connection issues. In a place like this, everyone needs to stay connected, but things don't always work like they should. That’s where we come in. We have seen technology change a lot since we first opened our doors. It used to be just simple mobile recharges, but now everything is about data and smartphones. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. There are wires and gadgets on the shelves, and usually a few people waiting their turn. We talk to our neighbors and the regulars who stop by for a quick top-up. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We don't use any complicated systems to run the place. Just a notebook for the important stuff and our own experience. Sometimes people come in just to ask why their internet isn't working, and we try to figure it out for them. It’s honest work. We aren't part of some big chain. We are just a local shop trying to keep things running for the people around here. If the power goes out, we just wait it out like everyone else.
