Ojha Hotels Private Limited is based in a flat at Uttoroyan. We are in Flat No-4 of Tower 5. This is in the Matigara area of Darjeeling, and we are quite close to the City Center mall. It is more of a quiet, residential-style office for our hotel company. Matigara is a growing part of town, so being near the City Center is actually quite convenient for us when we need to step out for things. The office isn't very large, just enough room for the daily management of the business. We are a private limited firm and have been here for a bit. The view from Tower 5 is alright, and it stays mostly quiet which is good for getting paperwork done. We don’t have a flashy reception or anything corporate like that. It’s just a place where a few of us sit and handle the bookings and accounts for the hotels. People usually call before coming over since it’s a flat. It’s a simple, honest way to run the business without all the extra overhead of a big commercial space. We like the Uttoroyan area because it's clean and easy to get to from the main roads.
