It is a very busy road because it’s a main route for people heading up to the hills or coming back down. We get a lot of travelers stopping by. The name Didi Bhai is something local people recognize. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a small hotel where we try to keep things simple. The rooms need cleaning and the guests need looking after. Siliguri can be quite hot or very rainy, so there’s always something to deal with. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of staff. Most of the work is done by just a few of us.
