Hotel Garuda

We’ve been here at 64, Ladenla Road for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot in town, and we’re just a regular place where people come to stay when they’re passing through. The staff and I just keep it running every day. You can see the street from the front windows, and there’s always something going on outside on Ladenla Road. We try to keep things clean and tidy, but it’s an old building, so it has its quirks. Some of the rooms are a bit smaller than others, but that’s just how it was built. We spend a lot of our time making sure the linens are fresh and checking people in. It’s not a fancy setup, just a basic hotel where you can get some rest. We see a lot of different people, some coming for work and others just traveling. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the area well. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a front desk and then the stairs up to the rooms. Sometimes the noise from the road gets inside, but mostly it’s quiet enough. We do our own laundry and handle most of the repairs ourselves when something breaks. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like Hotel Garuda going, but we’re used to the routine by now. We’re just here on the road, doing our thing every day. It's not a complicated life, just keeping the rooms ready for whoever shows up at the door next.
