We are located up in Siliguri, specifically on the second floor of the office tower at the City Centre in Matigara. Chlorofeel Hotels & Resorts Llp is our name, though most people just know us by where we are. Being in the City Centre means there is always noise and movement around. Our unit is Cgsgg0214. It’s a bit of a walk through the mall area to get to the office tower, but once you are here, it’s a bit quieter. We manage various properties from this office. Siliguri is a gateway for many travelers, so things stay pretty busy throughout the year. We have a small desk setup and a few computers where we track everything. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we need. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We spend our days on the phone a lot, talking to staff at different locations or dealing with vendors. It is mostly practical office work, nothing too exciting. The view from the window looks out over the parking area and the road toward Darjeeling. We have been in this spot for a while now and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the mall. It’s a good location for us because it’s central. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the resorts have what they need to stay open.
