Gramajanya Farmers Producer Companylimited is located out in Chittara, specifically at Kariyala House in the Darbe Post area. It’s a quiet part of the world, away from the big city noise. We work out of this house, and it feels more like a home than a regular business place. Most days, it’s just us and the local farmers who walk in to discuss their crops. The Darbe Post office is nearby, and that’s how we get most of our mail. We handle things like seeds, tools, and whatever else the growers need. There isn’t a lot of polish here. We have old wooden chairs and stacks of ledgers everywhere. The air is usually fresh, and you can hear the birds outside most of the time. It’s a very different vibe than those glass buildings you see in the city. We know everyone’s name who walks through the door. Usually, someone brings over snacks or news from the next village over. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. We just focus on the task at hand, which is usually helping the guys in the fields get their stuff sorted out. It can be slow some days, but when harvest time comes, it’s all hands on deck. We like being tucked away in Kariyala House because it keeps us close to the actual farms. It's just a small, local operation where we try to stay busy and helpful.
