Twinkle A/Cbar & Restaurant

If you know Chatra Bazar or spend time near College Square in Cuttack, you have likely walked past our door on Pilgrim Road. Twinkle A/Cbar & Restaurant has been sitting here for quite some time now. It’s a busy area with all the students and people coming from the college, so there is always some noise outside on the street. We keep the air conditioning running pretty much all day because it gets quite warm in Cuttack, and people usually want a place to cool off while they have a drink or something to eat. We have the bar section and the restaurant side, and we try to keep both sides tidy, though things get a bit hectic on weekend nights. The staff here has been around for a while, and we know many of the regulars who stop by after work. It isn't a huge place, but we have enough tables to fit a good crowd. We spend a lot of our time checking the inventory and making sure the kitchen has what it needs for the evening rush. Living and working in College Square means we see all sorts of people every day. It’s a grounded kind of place. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just open up the doors, turn on the lights, and start serving whoever walks in. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things the right way.
