Lemon Restaurant

We've been here in Bima Vihar for a bit now. It's usually quiet around Sector 6, but people stop by when they're in CDA. The shop isn't fancy. We just open up in the morning, clean the tables, and get the kitchen ready. Cuttack heat can be a lot, so we try to keep it cool inside. Most of the folks who come in are just locals from the neighborhood. It's right there in 753014. Sometimes the power goes out, but we manage. We handle the cooking ourselves mostly. The menu is just what we know how to make well. It's not a big place. You might miss it if you aren't looking for the sign. We spend a lot of time just prepping vegetables and making sure things are fresh. It's a lot of work running a kitchen in CDA. There's always something to fix or a floor to mop. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs. We like the spot because it's near the residential area. People come after work or on their way home. It’s just a normal restaurant. We don't do anything too complicated. Just food and a place to sit. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's dead quiet. That's just how it goes here in Cuttack. We usually start at ten and stay until the late evening. The rainy season makes the street a bit messy, but that's typical for this part of town. We just keep doing what we do every day.
