It’s a lot of long shifts and late nights sometimes. We just keep the lights on and the kitchen going. It's an honest living and we are glad to be here in the middle of Cuttack. The lobby of the Manorama Plaza Hotel is right next to us, so we hear the suitcases rolling across the tiles quite often. It’s a sound we’ve gotten used to over the years. We keep our own space tidy and wait for the guests to wander in.
