Trimurti Restaurant

Trimurti Restaurant is tucked away in Manglabag, right behind the Cable House. If you are in Cuttack, you know this area can get a bit crowded and dusty, but we like our little corner here. We mostly serve the people who live around here or those who are passing through Manglabag for work. It’s a straightforward setup with tables and chairs where you can sit down and have a meal without any fuss. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just cook the food we know how to make. The kitchen is usually a bit loud with the pans clanking, and sometimes it gets a bit hot in there during the summer months. Being behind the Cable House makes us a little harder to find if you aren't looking, but we have our regulars who come in almost every day. They know the menu by heart. We spend a lot of time preparing the ingredients every morning so we are ready when the lunch rush starts. It’s a lot of chopping and stirring. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything gets done. Cuttack is an old city and we feel like a small part of its daily life. We just want to make sure people leave with a full stomach. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it for quite some time now.
