Kurinjipadi Collective Farming Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located at 1176,Kumabakonam Roadmarungur (Po), right in the Marungur area of Keezhakollai. This is in Cuddalore district. Our group is called the Kurinjipadi Collective Farming Farmers Producer Company Limited. It’s a long name for a group of us who just want to farm together. Our office is on the main road, so it’s easy to spot if you are driving toward Kumabakonam. It’s a busy road with lots of dust, but it’s good for business. We have a small staff of local people who help with the paperwork and the storage. Most of us are more comfortable in the dirt than behind a desk, so the office can look a bit messy sometimes with mud on the floor. We handle the collective produce from several farms around Kurinjipadi. It’s a big task to coordinate everyone, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. The building at 1176 is an old structure that we fixed up a little. It’s got a tin roof that makes a lot of noise when it rains, but we don't mind. We aren't some big city firm. We are just local farmers trying to get our goods to market. If you stop by, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and looking over the daily prices. It’s just a regular part of life here in Cuddalore. We don't mind the noise or the heat as long as we can get the work done.
