Vivasayi Agro Foods is based at 35, Sathavattam, right on 6 Main Road. If you are looking for the place, we are just a short walk from Guru Store, which most people in the neighborhood know well. We work with different kinds of agro food products here. It’s a small-scale operation, and the building is basically an old warehouse that we’ve adapted for our needs. Most of the work involves sorting through produce, cleaning things up, and getting them ready for the local market. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The 6 Main Road area can get pretty congested with traffic, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a while. We don't have a big fancy website or a sales team. We just rely on the quality of the food we handle and the relationships we have built with the shops around here. Sometimes we run out of space when a big shipment arrives, and we have to shuffle things around to make it all fit. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we enjoy the pace. We are just local people trying to get decent food products out to the community without any of that corporate polish you see elsewhere in the big city.
