Anay Enterprises

Anay Enterprises is set up at 569 Kumbakonam Road in the Saraswathi Nagar part of Panruti. Being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing by on their way in and out of town. The traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the afternoons when the big buses are running through. Our place is tucked in among some other small shops and houses. It is a simple building with a lot of stuff packed inside. We handle a bit of everything here and it keeps us busy. Most days we are just moving boxes around or checking on the stock we have on the shelves. It is not a very big space, so we have to be careful about how we stack things so nothing falls over. Panruti is a place where word of mouth is more important than any billboard or fancy ad. We know our neighbors and the other business owners on Kumbakonam Road. We don't use any fancy management talk or complicated computer systems to run the place. We just write things down in our books and make sure people get what they need. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when it gets too hot inside the shop during the midday sun. It is a basic way of running things but it works for us. We have been here for a while and we plan on staying. It is just a regular local business.
