We are situated at 200, Kumudam Nagar, which is right off Vilankuruchi Road in the Cheran Maa Nagar area. It's a decent spot, though the traffic on Vilankuruchi Road can be a real headache during the morning rush. The building is a simple structure where we handle all the food processing and packaging. Inside, it's usually a hive of activity with people moving between the different stations. We have a lot of stainless steel tables and bins that we have to keep scrubbing down. The smell of whatever we are working on that day usually fills the whole block. In Cheran Maa Nagar, you get a lot of local folks walking by, and sometimes they peek in to see what we are doing. We spend our time checking labels, sealing bags, and making sure the crates are ready for the morning vans. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from start to finish. We have a small break area in the back where we keep a stove for tea. The walls are painted a plain white and have a few marks from where the trolleys have bumped into them over the years. It’s just a regular food business. We don't have any big corporate ideas; we just focus on the tasks at hand in Kumudam Nagar and try to get everything finished before the sun sets.
