Our place is over at No 42 Sree Ranga, specifically Door No 201 in Kaver I, Sanjeevini Nagar. It’s more of a processing hub than a shop where you’d sit down for a drink. We deal with the curing side of things, which basically means we spend a lot of time sorting through beans and making sure everything is ready for the next step. It’s a big operation with lots of machinery and big open spaces for storage. The name sounds a bit formal because of the "Pvt Ltd" and "Exports," but at the end of the day, it's just a group of us working in a warehouse environment. We have to be really careful about how we handle the beans because even a little bit of moisture can ruin a whole batch and cause a lot of trouble. There's a lot of paperwork involved too, which isn't the fun part of the job, but it has to be done to keep things moving. The building can get pretty cold in the mornings and then quite stuffy in the afternoon sun. We don’t have customers coming in for cups of coffee; instead, we have trucks coming and going with large shipments. It’s a different kind of rhythm compared to a cafe. We focus on the details of the beans themselves—the size, the color, and how they feel. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk right here in Sanjeevini Nagar.
