We are located on Pappampatty Road, right in the Pallapalyam area. Our building is 14/34-D, and you can’t really miss the smell of whatever we are processing that day. It is a busy road with lots of trucks passing by, which is good for getting our goods out to customers. Inside, it is a mix of big stainless steel tanks and crates piled up. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure the bottles are moving right on the line. The floors are usually a bit wet because we are always cleaning something or rinsing the equipment. It is loud in the production area, so we often have to shout a bit to be heard over the machines. We are just a bunch of folks from the local area who know how to run these setups. Some of us have been here since the doors first opened. We do not have a big fancy reception area for visitors. If you come by, you will probably find us in the back near the loading dock. The sun gets really hot on the tin roof during the afternoon, but we have got some fans going to keep the air moving. We focus on getting the drinks and food items packed up and ready for the morning deliveries. It is a lot of physical work, lifting boxes and moving pallets around. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It is just a regular food plant doing its thing every day.
