If you head down Vilankurichi Road, you will find us at 195/1 in Balaji Nagar. Virgin Shelter India Private Limited is based right here. It’s a decent neighborhood, fairly quiet compared to the main road. Our office is a simple setup. We have a few computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. We started out here and haven't seen a reason to move. The morning starts with opening the shutters and letting some air in. Balaji Nagar has a lot of houses around us, so it feels very residential and friendly. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to get things done. We spend a lot of time talking to each other across the desks. There is no need for fancy internal emails when we are all in the same room. We deal with all sorts of paperwork throughout the week. Sometimes we have clients drop in, and we just pull up a plastic chair for them. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We like being accessible and plain-spoken. There’s no marketing department here, just us. We focus on our tasks, take our lunch breaks together, and keep the office running smoothly. It is just a regular life for us on Vilankurichi Road. We do our best to stay organized despite the busy schedule.
